The complex is arranged in Baltiysk, on southern coast of the Baltic sea, on a going into the Kaliningrad mid-ocean channel. The city is known, as major base of the Russian Baltic fleet , having an extremely expedient layout on Baltic. The ice-free port allows to execute year-round navigation, and the railway net (station Baltiysk is less than in 2.5 kms from the terminal) - are ensured with mild access in any Russian locale.

The performance of docks.

The loading and discharging of oilers is effected in a quiet incongealable port "Baltiysk", where the tidal oscillatings do not exceed 0.3 m. The port has own customs post and is opened for international trade. The berthing structures of a port allow simultaneously to service two oilers with a settling in a cargo up to 7 meters and lengthy up to 150 meters.
